jil3 ("jil3," "we," "us," "our") is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all individuals who access or use the jil3 platform at jil3.asia ("Platform"). By creating a jil3 account, using the Platform, or submitting personal data to jil3 in any form, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described herein. If you do not consent, you must not use the jil3 Platform.

jil3 collects the following categories of personal data from users of the Platform:

• Full legal name as it appears on a government-issued Philippine identification document;

• Gender (optional, collected for personalisation purposes);
• Copies of government-issued identification documents submitted during KYC verification (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, PhilSys National ID, Driver's License).

Contact Data:

• Philippine mobile number;
• Email address;
• Residential address (province / city level; required for enhanced KYC).

Financial Data:

• GCash or Maya account details linked for deposits and withdrawals;
• Philippine bank account details (BDO, BPI, Metrobank, etc.) where provided for withdrawals;

Where such international transfers occur, jil3 ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place as required under Section 21 of the DPA and NPC issuances, including contractual clauses that require the recipient to maintain a standard of protection equivalent to that required under Philippine law.

jil3 will not transfer your personal data to countries or organisations that do not provide an adequate level of protection for personal data without first obtaining your explicit consent or establishing appropriate safeguards in accordance with NPC guidelines.

8. Data Retention

jil3 retains personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. The following retention periods apply as a general guide:

• Account and identity data: Retained for the duration of your account plus five (5) years after account closure, as required by AMLA record-keeping obligations;
• Transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction, consistent with AMLA and PAGCOR requirements;
• Customer support communications: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the communication;
• Marketing preferences and consent records: Retained until you withdraw consent plus one (1) year for evidence purposes;

The jil3 platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and older, as required by PAGCOR and Philippine law. 21+ jil3 does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 21 years of age.

If jil3 becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account. 11. Data Security

jil3 implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include:

• 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your device and jil3 servers;
• Encryption of sensitive data at rest, including financial data and identity documents;
• Multi-factor authentication requirements for account access and high-value transactions;
• Access controls limiting employee access to personal data on a strict need-to-know basis;
• Regular security audits and penetration testing of the jil3 platform;
• Incident response procedures that include NPC notification within seventy-two (72) hours of discovering a personal data breach that poses a real risk of harm, as required by the DPA.

While jil3 employs industry-standard security measures, no online platform can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your jil3 account credentials and for notifying jil3 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

12. Your Data Subject Rights

As a data subject under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data held by jil3:

• Right to be informed — You have the right to be informed of what personal data jil3 collects and how it is processed (fulfilled by this Policy);

With your consent, jil3 may send you promotional communications about new games, bonus offers, tournaments, and platform updates via SMS to your registered Philippine mobile number or email to your registered address.

You may withdraw your consent to direct marketing at any time by: (a) updating your communication preferences in your jil3 account settings; or (b) contacting jil3 support and requesting to be removed from marketing communications. Withdrawal of consent to marketing does not affect your ability to use the jil3 Platform or receive transactional communications related to your account.

jil3 will not send marketing communications to players who have activated self-exclusion or are subject to any responsible gaming restrictions that limit promotional contact.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

jil3 reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements.
