jil3 will conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification as required under PAGCOR's regulations and applicable Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) obligations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or PhilSys National ID. Verification may be required before your first withdrawal or upon reaching certain transaction thresholds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jil3 account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any one-time passcode (OTP) with any third party. jil3 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to adequately protect your login credentials.
All transactions on the jil3 platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). jil3 accepts deposits through the following approved payment channels: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and other channels as may be added or removed at jil3's discretion from time to time.
Deposits are generally credited to your jil3 wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. jil3 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or technical issues on the payment provider's platform.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:
jil3 reserves the right to void and reverse any transaction that is determined to be fraudulent, erroneous, or made in violation of these Terms. In cases of system errors that result in incorrect crediting of funds, jil3 reserves the right to correct the account balance accordingly.

All promotions are subject to specific Terms and Conditions applicable to each offer, which will be published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for the purposes of that promotion.

All content on the jil3 platform, including but not limited to the jil3 brand name and logo, website design, user interface elements, text, graphics, game names, promotional materials, and software, is the proprietary intellectual property of jil3 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any such intellectual property.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any jil3 content without express prior written authorisation from jil3. Unauthorised use of jil3's intellectual property constitutes infringement and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Philippine intellectual property law.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE PHILIPPINE LAW, JIL3, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR: (A) ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; (B) LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL; (C) SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS, TECHNICAL FAILURES, OR UNAUTHORISED ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNT RESULTING FROM YOUR OWN NEGLIGENCE; OR (D) ACTIONS OF THIRD-PARTY GAME PROVIDERS OR PAYMENT PROCESSORS.
jil3's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jil3 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service availability. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may affect platform availability. jil3 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.
jil3 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at jil3.asia/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using jil3, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
jil3 processes personal data in compliance with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. Your data may be shared with PAGCOR and other regulatory or law enforcement authorities as required by law.

Upon account closure for breach, jil3 may, at its discretion and subject to any applicable regulatory requirements, forfeit any remaining balance in the account attributable to bonus funds or funds obtained through fraudulent means. Balances consisting of verified player deposits that are not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the player through an available payment method.
A player may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting jil3's support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once activated, cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact jil3's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
For disputes involving regulatory matters, the decision of PAGCOR shall be final and binding, as permitted by applicable Philippine gaming regulations.
jil3 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jil3 will provide reasonable notice by posting an updated version on jil3.asia and, where practicable, notifying registered players via email or SMS to their registered contact details.
Your continued use of the jil3 platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using jil3 immediately and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
